### **Production Supervisor** At Leche San Marcos, we are looking for a professional with experience in production team management to supervise and optimize our processes. * Coordinate and supervise daily operations of milk and derivative reception, pasteurization, skimmed milk processing, homogenization, and packaging. * Monitor the efficient use of machinery and equipment. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality specifications (NOM and internal standards). * Assign tasks to operational staff. * Train and provide feedback to personnel on good manufacturing practices (GMP) and food safety. * Supervise the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements: * Age 25 or older * Availability to work rotating shifts * Gender indifferent * Minimum of 1 year of experience in food-grade environments
