Job Summary: Supervise and execute service programs, optimizing resources, applying safety policies, and monitoring vehicles, while coordinating and reporting to ensure operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and execution of service and sales programs 2. Coordination and management of fleets and operators 3. Operation of satellite control systems and security protocols Supervise and execute service programs by optimizing available resources, implementing safety policies, applying fuel supply protocols and procedures, and monitoring local vehicles. · Monitor and receive vehicles to assess hauling capacity. · Execute and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly sales program compliance. · Execute and supervise compliance with assigned time windows according to the daily schedule. · Supervise rotation, condition, and proper use of power units. · Coordinate with the Maintenance Department for reporting and scheduling preventive or corrective maintenance for vehicles. · Invoice and document daily orders. · Deliver documentation to Operators for dispatch in the system. · Provide precise trip instructions to the Operator via the instruction letter (exit authorization). · Supervise and handle received invoices during shift. · Prepare Operator settlements. · Manage the fund for Operator expenses. · Manage and control securing equipment allocation. · Report service status to internal and/or external clients. · Supervise vehicle monitoring. a) Operation of satellite control systems. b) Knowledge and operation of federal and state highways. c) Implementation of security protocols. d) Operation of service circles. e) Handling of emergency situations. f) Preparation of executive reports. g) Field highway inspections to identify safe and unsafe locations. h) On-site visits and inspections at client locations to identify risks and implement prevention measures. i) Direct contact with federal, state, and municipal authorities. j) Availability to rotate shifts.
