Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in residential vertical housing to program, plan, quantify, and supervise construction execution, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, and quality. Professional development in civil, electrical, and electromechanical construction. **Personal Requirements** * Age: 30 years or older * Gender: Unrestricted * Marital Status: Unrestricted * Education: **Civil Engineering.** **Experience:** Minimum 4 years in residential vertical housing, with extensive experience in civil, electrical, and electromechanical construction. **Main Job Activities and Responsibilities:** * Develops programming and planning for assigned construction fronts. * Prepares volume quantifications for the project under their responsibility according to specifications, criteria, and policies. * Participates in contract assignments. * Verifies and ensures contractor work execution. * Conducts daily follow-up and takes necessary actions to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. * Notifies the Construction Management Department of any changes affecting the project. * Prepares payment estimates for works performed. * Prepares material requisitions. * Executes direct construction work and manages IMSS personnel registration, controlling absences, terminations, and new hires. * Updates reports in the system. * Experience managing work crews. * Inventory and personnel control. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * ERP Enkontrol system operation. * Preparation of work catalogs for execution. * Quotation analysis. * Implementation of safety measures for working at heights and waste control. * SIROC tracking and project closeout oversight. * Preparation of final settlements for direct construction and subcontracting. **Required Personal Competencies:** * Excellent oral and written communication * Teamwork * Decision-making / assessment * Negotiation and conflict resolution * Working under pressure, proactive, responsible, punctual * Problem-solving * Time management * Numerical aptitude * Excellent service attitude.
