




***Foreign Trade Account Executive*** **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Logistics or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience performing customs operations. * Solid knowledge of INCOTERMS, automatic notifications and procedures related to Annex 24\. * Analytical and organizational skills with focus on regulatory compliance. * Intermediate level in Excel and intermediate English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service and preparation of comprehensive quotations (INCOTERMS, costs, budgets). * Preparation of regulatory documents (customs entries, packing lists, certificates of origin). * Generation of international purchase orders and logistics coordination (freight, revalidation, deliveries). * Execution of customs clearance process, supervision of regulatory compliance, and expense validation. * Coordination of pickups, transfers, and deliveries at destination warehouse. * Client management within ERP system. * Financial tracking of client and supplier account statements. * Monthly administrative closing per project. **Additional Benefits:** * Major Medical Expenses Insurance * Extra days off beyond those stipulated by the Federal Labor Law * Sick leave days * Annual bonus Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * ***SUBMIT UPDATED RESUME*** Job type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site
