Participation in the Quality, Safety and Environment Management system Overview: Use Calibri 18 font here Responsibilities: * Develop and implement plant procedures in all assigned processes * Identify deviations and define necessary actions to keep the processes in control * Improve the performance of the processes * Reduce the variability of processes * Develop and maintain the necessary methods to ensure that critical variables remain in control * Reduce costs for re\-jobs and waste.7\. Establish the operation parameters, and implement the Set\-Up of the processes.8\. * Generate and maintain adequate and relevant information for the analysis and decision\-making on the performance of the processes * Participate in the development and maintenance of the Quality, Safety and Environment Management system * Promote safe conditions for work and operate under the safety rules and procedures established by the company. Requirements: * Basic (Lean Manufacturing / Six sigma / Kaizen) * Education \- Industrial Engineer or related. * Experience \- 6 months or 1 year in manufacturing companies * Skills and abilities + Integrity + Responsibility + Holistic thinking + Attitude + Innovation Proactivity.
