Responsibilities Coordination of land shipments from quotation to billing * Provide customer support to resolve issues and ensure complete customer satisfaction. * Offer available transportation equipment to our customers. * Analyze customer service operations: success rates, issue resolution, resource requirements, etc. * Establish effective relationships with customers and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations for each service. Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Empathy and a service-oriented attitude. * Organizational ability and multitasking capability. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Experience: 2 years in customer service or after-sales services. * Experience managing client accounts.
