




We’re seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to manage inbound leads, nurture client relationships, and drive consistent revenue growth through phone\-based selling. This role centers on converting warm leads into customers while also managing existing accounts and executing targeted outbound outreach. **Key Responsibilities** * Follow up quickly and effectively on inbound leads to convert prospects into customers. * Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B accounts * Lead prospects through the full sales cycle—from first call to closed deal * Conduct **targeted outbound outreach** (calls, follow\-ups, prospecting lists) to expand our customer base * Research and identify new retail or wholesale opportunities within assigned territories * Keep accurate records and manage the sales pipeline in our CRM (Pipedrive) * Learn our product line well enough to educate, advise, and consult with prospects * Build strong rapport with business owners, managers, and buyers through professional phone communication **Essential:** * Proven experience in **B2B or wholesale product sales** (not IT or software) * Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas * Strong English communication skills—clear, confident, and persuasive * Skilled at phone\-based selling, including both inbound conversion and outbound prospecting **Preferred:** * Experience working with CRM systems * Background in wholesale, distribution, or consumer goods * Familiarity selling into retail environments * Experience with AI tools or modern sales technology Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: Remote
