Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, contribute to improving the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** **Position Objective:** Technical development engineer with experience in 4 main areas: Robotics, CNC Machining Programming, Controls and Software, as well as Digitalization As coordinator of the specialized technical training area, must have knowledge in training management and administration to select both instructors and trainees for technical development, and will also administratively manage the training center operations. With the required experience, he/she will develop, validate, and approve specific training plans for developing the plant's engineering staff in the aforementioned areas. **Main Specific Responsibilities:** Specialist in the technical training process in the areas of Robotics, CNC programming, controls, software, and digitalization Implementation of the AguP\-Hybrid system with universities and internal system with current plant talent Administration and control of specialized technical training Management of resources necessary to deliver training programs **Specific Tasks:** * Ensure compliance with plant standards and procedures, including ISO TS 16949 quality and ISO 14001 environmental systems. * Responsible for developing technical skills of the engineering staff supporting production areas * Identify technical knowledge requirements in production lines across different plant areas * Select and identify talent, both external and internal, to incorporate into the technical training system * Identify and execute training for selected associates according to the specific needs of each plant area * Manage and administer the training center to ensure technical development and achievement of area indicators * Manage and monitor the training program to tangibly confirm knowledge acquisition * Administer and execute the department's budget * Support internal and external audits, including quality, environmental, customer, etc. **Requirements** **Position Profile:** Education: a) Minimum Education Level: Completed Engineering degree with specialization in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics or related field. b) Language: Advanced English c) Minimum 3 years of experience Area of Experience Required Skills/ Knowledge/ Experience * Robotics * CNC Programming * Controls and Software * Digitalization * Quality systems (core tools) * Manufacturing processes in automotive industry **Additional Information** Bosch continuously expands its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
