




**Job Objective:** Manage and coordinate public and private tender processes for technology projects, ensuring proper integration of technical and economic proposals, compliance with requirements, and the company’s competitiveness. **Responsibilities:** * Identify tender opportunities related to technological solutions and services. * Analyze tender terms, technical and administrative requirements. * Coordinate the preparation of technical and economic proposals. * Integrate and validate documentation required for proposal submission. * Monitor clarification meetings, proposal submissions, and award decisions. * Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, sales, finance, and legal). * Manage tender files and tender calendars. * Track awards and contracts. * Prepare status and results reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in tender management. * Knowledge of public and/or private tender processes. * Prior experience in technology, IT, software, hardware, or technology services projects is desirable. * Proficiency in tender platforms. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **Competencies:** * Planning and time management. * Process analysis and monitoring. * Effective communication. * Working under pressure. * Results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities. * Positive work environment.
