The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87,000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide. **Job Description** Responsible for managing and coordinating the analysis activities of rejected/suspect parts on the production line according to the knowledge-based analysis flow and electronic standards (such as IPC A 610), in order to implement or coordinate containment actions on the production line if necessary, as well as conduct risk analyses in coordination with the product/quality engineer. Responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards. Support and participate in continuous improvement projects as needed. Responsible for developing, establishing and monitoring the effectiveness of product audits and production line launch audits per shift, etc. Support activities related to new launches, projects and lines. Responsible for leading personnel (Quality Tech and Quality Inspector) and coordinating activities to ensure quality, develop and monitor KPIs (Scrap/IDR). **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electromechanical, Mechatronics) or Technical Studies in Electronics Two years of experience in the automotive industry.
