A prominent company in its field is seeking personnel as a **JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR FOR COST ESTIMATION.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Review, analysis, and interpretation of complete construction drawings. * Determination of quantities for all drywall, plastering, and painting components. * Quantity take-off using AutoCAD and Neodata software (training may be provided). * Development of itemized cost catalogs (drywall and finishes) based on construction drawings. * Preparation of work generators (occasionally). * Occasional site visits for commencement of new projects or review of additional work on site. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. GRADUATED. * Preferred experience: 1 year in office/retail projects. **HARD SKILLS:** * Plan quantity take-off. * Development of itemized cost catalogs for tenders. * Work generators. * Microsoft Office suite. * AutoCAD. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural and finish drawings. **SOFT SKILLS** * Empathy. * Communication. * Adaptability. * Time management. **WE OFFER** Base salary: $10,000 – $12,000 NET per month (based on experience) Statutory benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Work location: One block from the Nuevo Leon Metrobus station Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
