At **Idealease**, a leading company in truck and van fleet leasing and management, we are seeking your talent for the position of: **JUNIOR QUALITY SPECIALIST – AUTOMOTIVE WORKSHOP.** **Job Objective.** Ensure proper inspection and quality control of vehicles within the automotive workshop, validating diagnostics, repair processes, and overall vehicle functionality, thereby guaranteeing compliance with operational and service standards. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $14,500 (gross) * Statutory benefits * Profit-sharing * 30-day year-end bonus * 100% social security contribution **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Fixed day off: Sunday **Key Responsibilities:** * Inspect the quality of repairs performed in the workshop * Support automotive diagnostics * Validate mechanical and electrical functionality of vehicles * Monitor maintenance and repair processes * Prepare reports and enter information * Assist in workshop internal audits or controls * Verify correct use of tools and procedures **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete Automotive Engineering degree (preferred) * Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive workshops * Knowledge of engine diagnostic software * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams * Proficiency in handling and using automotive tools * Basic knowledge of quality processes and vehicle inspections * Proactivity and attention to detail
