As a Facilities Technician, you will perform technical support tasks for engineering and maintenance activities involving the construction, design, specification, commissioning, and operation of mechanical, chemical, and electrical systems within the facility or semiconductor manufacturing tool installations. **Responsibilities include:*** Daily operation of facilities systems, including monitoring of critical parameters. * Execution and documentation of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facilities system equipment, including Compressors, Vacuum Pumps, Exhaust Equipment, Air Conditioning Units, water pumping systems, and Deionized Water system equipment. * Review of current equipment maintenance programs and development of improvement proposals aimed at increasing efficiency and reliability. * Diagnosis of equipment failures and troubleshooting of assigned equipment. Identify root causes of failures, determine and implement appropriate corrective actions as quickly as possible to prevent impact on operations (of facilities systems and plant). QUALIFICATIONS **Minimum requirements:*** Completed technical degree (Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance Technician). * Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams * Computer skills, software \- Outlook, Excel, Word * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Preferred qualifications:** * High level of responsibility and initiative, capable of identifying and resolving problems independently. * Organizational and time management skills. * Communication skills, able to interact professionally and effectively with personnel at all organizational levels. * Continuous learning and proactivity * Collaboration and teamwork * Problem solving / Analytical ABOUT US **Why TI?** * Engineer your future.
