We are seeking a creative, strategic, and music- and marketing-passionate **Community Manager** to manage our accounts and strengthen our digital presence. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Social Media Management:** * Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts across all brands. * Schedule and publish content tailored to diverse audiences. * **Strategy and Analytics:** * Develop monthly content calendars for each business unit. * Analyze metrics and generate reports on digital campaign performance. * Identify social media trends and adapt them to our brands. * **Collaboration and Communication:** * Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to ensure consistency in communication strategies. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Community Manager (minimum 2 years). * Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and content scheduling tools. * General knowledge of musical trends. * Strong command of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn). * Ability to write creative and persuasive copy. * Skill in organizing content calendars and tracking progress. * Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator). * Experience analyzing metrics and preparing reports (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics). * Knowledge of **SEO** applied to social media. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $9,582 per month * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits from day one. * **Professional Growth:** Opportunities for salary and responsibility advancement. * **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. * Sundays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,582.00 per month Work Location: On-site
