UVM is looking for your talent as an instructor. **Position Objective:** Ensure achievement of sports competence objectives, development of skills and competencies of students-athletes in the Basketball discipline. Sports training aligned with institutional values. Development of soft skills among student-athletes at our institution to achieve their holistic development. **Activities:** * Deliver training sessions covering the number of hours established by the Institution. * Implement strategies for training sessions, identifying the needs and skills to be developed among students-students. * Participate in the implementation and follow-up of academic activities. * Submit deliverables requested by Academic Coordination on time and as required. * Adherence to institutional values and organizational objectives. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma. * Completed bachelor’s degree with title and professional license in Physical Education or related field, preferably. * Certifications or specific courses in the Basketball discipline. * Proven experience as a coach for 2 years. * Knowledge of platforms and systems such as Teams, Blackboard, or similar. * Basic knowledge of Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. **Competencies:** * Leadership * Conflict management * Strong service orientation and commitment * Effective communication * Organization **Why work at UVM?** We are Mexico’s largest private university, with 60 years of academic experience, social commitment, and professional vision.
