Leveraging our deep understanding of the complete automotive painting process and extensive technical expertise, we develop systems that maximize the performance of each paint layer and film, achieving synergistic, top-tier results. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Technical Representative** with solid experience in the automotive industry, capable of providing specialized support in colorimetry, tone adjustment, and direct customer service. This position requires strong analytical ability, effective communication skills, and a problem-solving focus. **Responsibilities** * Perform color adjustments and related solvent-based basecoat processes. * Execute color matching and ensure correct in-line application. * Provide professional follow-up and service for customer complaints. * Deliver on-site technical support as required by customers. * Manage communication and follow-up via email in English. **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Technical Representative in automotive companies. * Proficiency in **color matching with solvent-based basecoat**. * Demonstrable experience in **color adjustments and related processes**. * Experience in **handling customer complaints**. * **Intermediate English** (mandatory for email follow-up). **We Offer** * Job stability. * Opportunity for growth within the automotive industry. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
