Inventory control and compliance with Good Storage Practices. **Operations Supervisor (FARMA Logistics Sector) "PISA"** **Job Objective** Supervise the accurate and timely execution of warehouse operations—including picking, shipping, and distribution of materials and/or finished products—ensuring compliance with Good Storage Practices, operational procedures, quality guidelines, and customer requirements, thereby guaranteeing on-time, correct, and condition-compliant deliveries. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and ensure implementation of the daily picking and shipping work plan. * Assign necessary resources, personnel, supplies, materials, and tools for proper execution of operations. * Supervise goods dispatch, ensuring compliance with delivery timelines, quality standards, and specified delivery conditions. * Verify recording and confirmation of movements in the designated system. * Ensure compliance with Quality Department instructions regarding holds and releases. * Guarantee warehouse order, cleanliness, and maintenance to prevent contamination, pest infestation, or damage to materials. * Monitor appropriate use of equipment, tools, and PPE, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and personnel integrity. * Manage and report human capital incidents (attendance, leave requests, vacations, overtime) for accurate payroll processing. * Train and coordinate assigned personnel, fostering teamwork and a sense of belonging. * Ensure timely and accurate execution of the shipping schedule. * Safeguard the physical integrity of personnel under supervision. **Essential Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree (mandatory), with professional certificate or license. * Demonstrable experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution. * Experience supervising operational staff. * Knowledge of inventory administration and control. * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, IZEL or similar). * Knowledge of Good Storage Practices (preferably within the pharmaceutical sector). * Intermediate Excel skills. **Competencies** * Leadership and process supervision * Operational control and execution * Results orientation * Customer focus * Teamwork and collaboration * Planning and organization * Decision-making Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $19,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Discounted cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
