We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping to provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Position Objective:** To monitor, track, integrate, and support the management, implementation, and compliance of activities related to the Cuxtal II Construction Project’s requirements concerning the Integrated Management System (IMS) and the Industrial Safety, Operational Safety, and Environmental Protection Management System (SASISOPA), as well as other internal policies and guidelines, to ensure regulatory compliance aligned with the project execution plan. **Responsibilities:** • Supervise compliance with all elements stipulated in ENGIE Mexico’s IMS, which must be aligned and incorporated according to the Cuxtal II project execution plan, coordinating timely and appropriate evidence collection for each requirement to enable prompt reporting. • Provide support, supervision, and management for SASISOPA-related activities to ensure proper implementation and compliance with applicable legal obligations per the Cuxtal II project execution plan. Address requirements and observations issued by regulatory authorities overseeing SASISOPA compliance. • Support coordination with required Cuxtal II project areas to monitor input information from each area and ensure complete and timely reporting of internal compliance requirements. • Interact with the EPC Contractor and/or other entities associated with the Cuxtal II project to review and verify submission of evidence demonstrating fulfillment of contractual obligations by the EPC Contractor. • Validate information in accordance with applicable SASISOPA law. • Accept or reject information provided by the Contractor, its subcontractors, or suppliers, in accordance with applicable law. • Coordinate, as necessary, relevant meetings to anticipate corrective actions and prevent EPC Contractor non-compliance. • Support regulatory compliance for the Cuxtal II project by performing analysis, identification, tracking, and supervision of compliance activities, as well as establishing digital and physical archives, using electronic platforms, and carrying out other administrative tasks. Ensure compliance across all personnel, safeguarding corporate assets and the environment through knowledge and application of applicable Mexican regulations. • Advanced knowledge and solid experience in SASISOPA per applicable legislation, Integrated Management Systems, and Hydrocarbons Sector regulation throughout the entire project lifecycle. • Extensive and solid experience in managing, implementing, and monitoring SASISOPA-related activities for EPC contractual obligations and those of its subcontractors and suppliers (as applicable), in accordance with applicable legislation. • Teamwork.
