Your role will be essential in ensuring every customer receives a high-quality product (esquites and elotes) with fast, friendly, and sales-oriented service. **Main Responsibilities** * **Active customer service:** Greet customers with a positive attitude at the counter or food cart, providing menu information. * **Sales promotion:** Actively suggest extra ingredients, special toppings, or beverages to increase customer satisfaction and average transaction value. * **Customer attraction:** Proactively offer products to people passing near the cart. * **Handling objections:** Respond patiently and courteously to questions about ingredients or preparation processes. * **Initial production:** Shuck corn and prepare the base product following the house recipe. * **Cooking:** Monitor the cooking process to ensure optimal flavor and texture before commencing service. * **Service:** Serve esquites and elotes quickly, paying attention to presentation and proper use of toppings and sauces. * **Product preparation:** Serve esquites and elotes according to established portion and presentation standards. * **Cash handling:** Accurate cash collection. * **Inventory control:** Report supply levels to ensure no stockouts occur during your shift. * **Cleaning:** Maintain the work area, utensils, and service zone immaculate at all times.
