Location: Roma Norte, Mexico City Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs (availability for overtime required) Work Modality: On-site **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Ensure technical quality, regulatory compliance, safety, and efficiency of projects by coordinating multidisciplinary teams at national and international levels. **REQUIREMENTS** \* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field. \* Engineering and execution of electrical substations. \* Design and construction of transmission or distribution lines. \* Preparation and review of electrical calculation reports. \* Electrical engineering for industrial or energy projects. \* Technical support for electrical EPC projects. \* Advanced English (mandatory). \* Immediate availability for national and international travel, as required. \* Technical leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. \* Decision-making ability and results-oriented mindset. \* Effective communication with technical teams and clients. \* Strong focus on safety and quality. **ACTIVITIES** 1\. Understand and apply organizational policies and Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures related to quality, safety, health, and environment. 2\. Support the development and review of electrical engineering for substation, transmission line, and power grid projects. 3\. Prepare and review electrical calculation reports, single-line diagrams, functional schematics, and technical drawings. 4\. Participate in the design and review of high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical systems. 5\. Support the design and calculation of grounding systems, electrical protection systems, and control systems. 6\. Review technical specifications for electrical equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, panels, protective devices, and conductors. 7\. Support preparation of technical documentation for tenders and project execution. 8\. Participate in technical evaluation of electrical suppliers and materials. 9\. Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure proper selection of electrical equipment and materials. 10\. Conduct site visits to verify correct installation of electrical equipment and compliance with drawings and specifications. 11\. Support supervision of electrical work during construction of substations and transmission lines. 12\. Participate in electrical testing, commissioning, and energization of equipment. 13\. Prepare technical progress reports for engineering and project execution. 14\. Identify technical deviations and propose engineering solutions. 15\. Contribute to continuous improvement of technical processes and electrical project execution. **SOFTWARE** Advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D AutoCAD Electrical (desirable) Electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NOM).
