Join our team as a: **Chatbot Developer** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * **Work Mode:** Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days in office); we are located near Barranca del Muerto Metro Station. **What You’ll Do:** * Design, develop, and maintain chatbots primarily on WhatsApp and other digital channels. * Contribute to achieving Digital Transformation objectives by addressing requirements and implementing projects on digital platforms. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in chatbot creation / training * Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms for conversational flows. * Workflow diagramming (Visio or Diagrams) * Configuration and integrations with APIs / Java / JSON * Connecting bots to CRMs and databases. * Ensuring an omnichannel experience / Contact center platforms such as Genesys, Talkdesk, Mitel **We Offer:** * Base salary via formal payroll * Statutory benefits + additional benefits (savings fund, life insurance, accident insurance, employee discounts) Are you interested?
