We seek an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with experience in comprehensive accounting processes and specialized sector systems. **Objective** Maintain up-to-date, complete, and accurate fiscal, accounting, and financial information to support decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Recording of accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, and general ledger). * Preparation of bank reconciliations. * Control and tracking of invoices, credit notes, and payment complements. * Receipt, application, and control of payments. * Preparation and review of accounting and tax information. * Filing and monitoring of DIOT (Taxpayer’s Monthly Operations Report). * Calculation and recording of depreciation. * Correction and updating of accounting records. * Support and coordination during internal and external audits. * Filing and control of accounting documentation. * Monitoring compliance with tax obligations. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in systems: * CONTPAQ * NOMIPAQ * NEODATA * Microsoft Office proficiency. * Solid knowledge of: * General accounting * Tax procedures * Administrative and document control * Basic English (desirable). **We Offer** * Salary of $30,000 MXN per month (gross) * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM * Punctuality bonus If you are interested in this opportunity. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Construction *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0e39033700002b00901f3b\&source\=indeed*
