Key responsibilities: * Management and tracking of OEM customer orders (Ford, GM and/or Stellantis). * Direct customer support, ensuring clear and timely communication in English. * Analysis and administration of commercial and operational information in SAP. * Coordination with internal departments such as planning, logistics, and production to ensure on-time deliveries. * Monitoring of customer requirements, service indicators, and resolution of incidents. * Compliance with automotive industry-specific processes and guidelines. Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree (mandatory). * Advanced English (spoken and written). * Mandatory experience in the automotive industry. * Knowledge and experience using customer portals: Ford, GM and/or Stellantis. * Experience with SAP. * 3–5 years of experience in similar customer service or OEM customer support roles.
