This role requires solid technical skills, multidisciplinary coordination capability, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks for demanding urban environments.* **Main Responsibilities:** · Support in the development of schematic and executive designs. · Participate in technical coordination with engineering disciplines and specialties. · Produce architectural drawings, construction details, and Revit modeling. · Collaborate in preparing technical documentation and managing permits. · Track site observations or supervision comments in coordination with the team. **Knowledge and Tools:** · Proficiency in Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. · Knowledge of urban regulations for Mexico City (CDMX) and State of Mexico (Edomex) (zoning, SEDUVI, etc.). · Basic experience with official procedures, permits, and documentation. · Ability to read and interpret structural, MEP, and finish drawings. · Familiarity with sustainable certifications (LEED, EDGE) is desirable. **Skills:** · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Teamwork and willingness to learn from other disciplines. · Proactivity and accountability in deliverables. · Clear communication and solution-oriented attitude. **Work Location:** · Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico (5 minutes from Plaza Lago de Guadalupe).
