Combines technical knowledge of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) sector with commercial skills to identify opportunities, advise clients, and support them in adopting digital solutions that optimize their processes. **Profile Summary** An architect with solid experience marketing technological solutions such as BIM software, CAD, ERP, construction project management, 3D modeling, monitoring platforms, automation, and implementation systems. Specialized in understanding the operational needs of construction companies, developers, architecture and engineering firms, offering solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify, prospect, and develop business opportunities in the AEC sector. * Conduct technical and process requirement analyses for clients (contractors, architects, engineers). * Deliver technical software demonstrations (BIM, ERP, CAD, construction project management, etc.). * Develop commercial proposals, quotations, and solution models aligned with client needs. * Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, closing, and post-sales. * Collaborate closely with technical teams, developers, and implementers to ensure project success. * Support clients throughout the implementation process to ensure tool adoption. * Stay updated on technological trends and digital transformation in the construction industry. **Skills and Competencies** * **Consultative sales focused on the AEC sector.** * **Technical knowledge in architecture, construction processes, and project management.** * Excellent technical-commercial communication and presentation skills. * Negotiation, objection handling, and key account management. * Analysis of operational processes to propose technological solutions. * Proficiency in CRM and commercial management tools. * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams. **Relevant Technical Knowledge** * BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks or similar). * CAD solutions (AutoCAD, MicroStation). * Construction project management platforms (Procore, Neodata, Opus, etc.). * ERP solutions for construction (preferred). * Software implementation methodologies. * General IT knowledge and cloud-based solutions. **Required Experience** * 2–5 years in software or technology services sales for the construction and architecture sectors. * Proven experience in technical or commercial roles within the AEC sector. * Participation in software implementation or technical-commercial support processes. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory). * Preferred specialization or courses in: * BIM software * Project management * Consultative sales * Digital transformation **Personal Competencies** * Results-oriented * Empathy and customer focus * Analytical ability * Proactivity * Strategic thinking * Adaptability Salary: $15,000.00 – $15,001.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
