Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?* Responsible for handling phone requests regarding technical support issues in accordance with processes and KPIs (Quality, NPS, etc). * Follow-up on interaction channels (calls, chats, emails, tickets) aligned with scripts and defined SLAs * Monitoring of assigned KPIs * Strong written and verbal customer service skills and a service-oriented mindset. Content analysis, selective/active listening and reading as an advantage * Assertive feedback and communication within the team for identifying and participating in closing GAPS * Assist the team with other related user support activities when necessary.
