Job Summary: We are seeking an INFONAVIT Housing Advisor to contact and counsel beneficiaries, build databases, and resolve inquiries regarding housing programs. Key Highlights: 1. Therefore, we invite you to participate in our recruitment process to join us as an **INFONAVIT Housing Advisor.** **EDUCATION:** Completed bachelor's degree in economics, administration, or engineering. **WORK EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 2 years of experience in credit counseling, promotion, or financial services, and customer service. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Flexible availability for work schedules. * Service-oriented attitude. * Organization, activity follow-up, and results-oriented approach. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **CORE COMPETENCIES:** * Social awareness and teamwork. * Service-oriented attitude. * Organization, activity follow-up, and results-oriented approach. * Excellent customer or user service. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contact beneficiaries (via calls and messages). * Counsel beneficiaries interested in acquiring INFONAVIT housing. * Build databases of beneficiaries interested in acquiring INFONAVIT housing. * Schedule appointments for housing developments. * Provide information on required documentation to access the Housing Program for Well-being. * Resolve beneficiaries’ questions and concerns related to the Housing Program for Well-being. **SALARY** * Monthly gross compensation of $16,000.00 plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **BENEFITS** Additional income beyond your salary: * Transportation allowance. * Grocery vouchers.
