We value the talent and experience of our employees, promoting personal and professional growth. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Administration, or related field Intermediate-Advanced English 2 years of experience in similar positions Knowledge in logistics, transportation, customer service, management, and administration. **Responsibilities** \- Coordinate land shipments from quotation to invoicing \- Provide support to our customers in resolving issues and ensure their complete satisfaction. \- Offer available transportation equipment to our customers. \- Analyze customer service operations: success rates, problem resolution, resource requirements, etc. \- Establish effective relationships with customers and suppliers. \- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations for each service.
