




**CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE** Grupo Emporium is a Mexican company, leader in real estate, development of real estate projects and construction of residential properties in the country with global reach. Our corporate office is located in the city of Aguascalientes, from which we operate all our projects. **Job Profile.** Education: Completed high school/TSU/Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Administration, incomplete. Experience: Minimum one year in customer service positions **Responsibilities:** * Personalized in-person and telephone customer service. * Handling various processes originating from after-sales and warranty departments. * Follow-up on administrative tasks. * Searching and recording customer information in CRM. * Supervising follow-up schedules in ERP. * Directing customers to the warranty department. * Administering and following up satisfaction surveys. * Requesting supplies. * Managing incoming calls and responding to emails. **Experience in:** * Customer service and support * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Switchboard, tablet, multifunction device (scanner, copier, printer) operation. **Required Skills:** * Strong verbal communication * Organization * Writing and spelling * Assertive communication * Attention to detail * Friendliness * Proactivity **Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 15:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00 hrs., Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 hrs.
