Verify and reconcile flight information and the Airport Usage Fee. **TEMPORARY BILLING ANALYST \- AGU READY** At the **Aguascalientes Airport**, we seek an innovative talent responsible for preparing invoices for airport service charges. **Work Location**: Aguascalientes Airport. **Mandatory Requirements:** High school diploma or technical degree in administration and finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field. **Knowledge:** Experience with billing systems. Basic English knowledge is desirable. Office suite (basic to intermediate Excel). **Skills:** Teamwork. Positive attitude and service orientation. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute billing and collection processes for air operations; as well as entering flight or operational data into the SIFOS and SCENA systems, in accordance with company procedures and policies. * Prepare daily income reports for invoices related to general aviation, commercial aviation, airport services, complementary services, and other income sources. * Deliver daily cash income, prepare the deposit slip, and deposit funds into the company's value transportation firm's cash box located in the administration office. * Issue invoices for Airport Identification Cards (TIA), access to federal zones or floor rights, landings, platform parking or overnight stays, and other chargeable items. * Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and/or monthly invoice issuance reports. * Verify and reconcile flight plans or manifests for general and commercial aviation, scheduled and charter operations to process corresponding charges and record them in the system. * Conduct review, validation, and control of the Airport Usage Fee (TUA). * Audit operations to verify that manifest declarations match boarding passes or passenger and crew counts. * Supervise operations to verify that manifest declarations match boarding passes or passenger and crew counts. * Conduct inspections in hangar areas to observe and report unsafe conditions affecting operations or any anomalies related to hangar usage. * Provide support as required in aircraft parking coordination functions. * Ensure high-quality customer service and support for general aviation clients, as well as service providers’ representatives and airlines. * Assist in the annual fixed asset inventory. * Perform any other duties assigned to this position. **All our recruitment processes are impartial.
