Summary: Manages operational planning for vehicle collection programs, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and safety through standardization and supervision. Highlights: 1. Manages collection programs and ensures operational standardization. 2. Leads and supervises teams, assuring compliance and corrections. 3. Focuses on increasing route efficiency and implementing new systems. **General Description:** Manages the operational planning of the collection programs of the NMEX Plants for the production of vehicles. Standardization of operations, assure original quality in delivery, compliance with transit times and always safety. Review, compile and send different types of reports and documents to other departments in the organization. Also, perform the role of supervisor to assure compliance and the case of anomaly make immediate correction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of standard route sheets, analysis of alternative routes and rules of action in process deviations. * Interview and hire new employees who will be under your responsibility, such as drivers, training and operation assignments. * Creation of Logistics schedules. * Increase route efficiency performance. * Negotiation with supplier for adoption of new type of transport in A1, A2 and Civac projects. * Implementation of SUAT System for internal Fleet. Control Tower. * Audit and review of the integral maintenance process. Compliance and obligations. * Creation and updating of regulations required by SCT, for the transportation of parts in full configuration. * Management for the accreditation and release of transport procedures before the authorities. **Education/Certifications:** * Professional, graduate, engineer or related career. **Previous Work Experience** * Process engineering. * Tracking analyst in Logistics operations. * Soft skills diploma. * Personal management. **Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** * Teamwork. * Negotiation. * Decision\-making. * Pc management.
