Our company is looking for a committed, responsible individual with a service-oriented attitude who wishes to join a team focused on quality, organization, and goal achievement. **Job Objective** Ensure proper receipt, control, safeguarding, and distribution of finished goods (garments), as well as provide support in commercial activities during peak-demand seasons—contributing to service-level targets, customer satisfaction, and sales objectives. **Main Responsibilities** **Warehouse Management (CEDIS)** * Receiving, inspecting, and registering finished goods * Classification, labeling, and storage (FIFO) * Physical and system-based inventory control * Order picking and preparation for branches * Proper packaging and safeguarding of merchandise * Coordination of outbound shipments and delivery routes * Handling of incidents (shrinkage, discrepancies, damages) * Warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety **Distribution Driver** * Timely delivery of merchandise to branches and customers * Operation of standard vehicles * Planning of efficient delivery routes * Loading and unloading of merchandise (garments, fabric rolls, packages, etc.) * Verification of proper stowage and product care * Basic vehicle inspection and fuel consumption tracking * Collection of delivery proof * Transporting personnel when required **Sales Support (Peak Seasons)** * Direct customer service at point-of-sale locations * Promotion of school uniforms * Support in product display and replenishment * Participation in off-site sales (taking measurements and orders) * Visits to educational institutions for promotional purposes * Support in commercial activities, events, and flyer distribution **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school diploma (mandatory) * Incomplete bachelor’s degree in administrative fields (preferred) **Experience:** * 2–5 years in warehouse and distribution (textile industry preferred) * Experience operating standard vehicles * Experience in local and off-site delivery routes * Customer service experience (preferred) **Knowledge:** * Inventory control and basic systems (ERP) * FIFO methods * Picking & packing * Intermediate Office software proficiency * Basic knowledge of textile products **Legal Requirements:** * Valid Class B driver’s license * Certificate of no criminal record **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and orderliness * Responsibility and integrity * Proactivity * Teamwork * Customer orientation * Problem-solving ability * Stress tolerance * Results- and quality-focused mindset **Working Conditions** * Physically demanding tasks (loading, unloading, and arranging merchandise) * Multifunctional work: warehouse, distribution, and sales * Flexible schedule based on operational and seasonal needs * Exposure to diverse environments (delivery routes and point-of-sale locations) **What We Look For In You** A reliable, committed, service-minded individual who enjoys operational and dynamic work, can adapt to various functions, and wishes to grow alongside our company. **What We Offer** * Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday * Weekly fixed salary * Statutory benefits * Transportation assistance * Food vouchers * Savings fund If you meet this profile and are interested in joining our team, apply now!
