Coordination with government agencies and insurance companies **Job Description:** At Budget, we are looking for a Vehicle Coordinator responsible for administering and following up on vehicle-related procedures for our fleet, ensuring regulatory compliance and appropriate documentation control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct vehicle-related procedures. * Manage payments for ownership tax, license plate renewal, vehicle inspections, and traffic fines. * Control and safeguard vehicle documentation. * Track accidents and support coordination with insurance companies. * Coordinate with government agencies. * Monitor expiration dates (insurance policies, vehicle inspections, permits). * Prepare reports and maintain database control. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or incomplete/completed bachelor's degree. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in vehicle management. * Knowledge of vehicle-related procedures. * Valid driver's license. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
