**Job Profile: Concrete Truck Dispatcher** **Objective** Carry out the dispatching of mixer trucks according to the established schedule, ensuring proper loading, documentation, time control, and communication with operators to guarantee efficient, safe, and timely concrete deliveries. **Responsibilities** 1. Verify that scheduled units are ready for departure as per the schedule. 2. Record in the system the loading, departure, arrival, and unloading times. 3. Provide the operator with dispatch documentation (delivery note, job site address, concrete type). 4. Coordinate with the laboratory or batching plant to verify the quality and quantity of the loaded concrete. 5. Maintain constant communication with operators, reporting incidents or delays to the scheduler. 6. Assist in re-scheduling trips in case of cancellations, delays, or deviations. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree or Engineering in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in dispatching or transport unit control. * **Technical Skills:** * Route and time management. * Operation of dispatch systems and radio communication. * **Soft Skills:** * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. * Working under pressure. * Decision-making. * Customer service orientation. * Attention to detail. * High level of concentration.
