Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. Solid 4 years of experience in the position. In-depth knowledge of current Labor Reform legislation. ISO 9001 and 14001 knowledge is desirable. Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset. A 'problem-solver' mindset when facing change and conflict. Passion for HR Key Responsibilities: Talent Management: Mass recruitment & selection, talent retention plans, onboarding, and annual training plans. Personnel Administration: Preparation of weekly and biweekly payroll drafts/payrolls, handling attendance incidents and employee separations. Regulatory Compliance: Management of IDSE, SUA, and support during ISO 9001/14001 audits. Well-being: Coordination of medical services, performance evaluations, internal events, and improvement of workplace climate.
