CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT Grupo Guerrero Contreras, a leading construction company, is seeking a professional responsible for the daily supervision and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, quality, and safety protocols, acting as a key liaison between the project management office and field personnel, and coordinating staff and resources to achieve project objectives. Key Responsibilities • Overall Supervision: Lead and organize all on-site construction activities, from planning through to handover. • Schedule and Budget Management: Ensure the project progresses as planned and within allocated costs, optimizing resources (labor, materials, machinery). • Quality Control: Guarantee that work complies with required technical standards and specifications. • Occupational Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and worker protection. • Coordination: Serve as the point of contact among engineers, architects, suppliers, and site personnel. • Leadership and Problem Resolution: Lead teams, make on-site decisions, and prevent or resolve unforeseen issues to avoid delays or cost overruns. • Reporting: Communicate progress and issues to project management and other stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring the project is executed effectively (achieving goals) and efficiently (optimizing resource use), representing the construction company on a day-to-day basis. A proactive attitude and the ability to make quick and effective decisions are required. You must be an organized individual with leadership and communication skills. Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience in construction, including prior experience in similar roles.
