Position Summary: Responsible for supervising autonomous maintenance compliance, auditing processes, planning production, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and auditing of production processes 2. Production planning and personnel assignment 3. Quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance • Supervise operators’ compliance with autonomous maintenance requirements • Audit production processes • Plan production • Assign tasks to operational staff • Ensure staff have the necessary tools and materials for operations • Coordinate fulfillment of production orders • Monitor produced parts • Monitor completion of check\-lists at various workstations • Review and deliver drawings and templates according to operations, ensuring activities are understood per customer requirements • Provide support and guidance to operational staff in daily activities • Supervise PPE and its proper use in the production area • Ensure production processes comply with established standards for safe work • Ensure production areas meet safety, order, and cleanliness standards • Participate in trainings and other activities assigned by the company to achieve objectives in this area. **•** Participate in and comply with relevant Quality Management System processes. **•** Conduct accurate and detailed shift handover to ensure continuity of operations Salary: $8,036\.63 \- $20,253\.12 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
