Teamwork and adherence to quality standards **Position: General Assistant in Production** **Department:** Production **Reports to:** Production Supervisor **Position Objective** Support various stages of the process for producing asadero cheese and related dairy products, as well as assist in butter production, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Weigh cheese and butter blocks * **Cut and remove curd** * Stretch cheese * Braid cheese * Grate Sierra cheese * Assist in **butter production** * Support **Chihuahua cheese production** * Perform **ricotta drying** * Assist with **work area cleaning** **Requirements** * **No prior experience required** in cheese making * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions * Availability to perform physical tasks * Commitment to cleanliness, order, and product quality * Good physical condition **Competencies** * Responsibility * Punctuality and commitment * Teamwork * Willingness to follow instructions Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $2,300\.00 per week Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
