Focus on quality and cleaning standards Job Description: Establish activities to meet the requirements of the Bathroom Department according to the specifications required at the Country Club. Requirements: * Education: High school diploma * Schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * Availability (weekends) * Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a cleaning supervisor * Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment and using cleaning products * Teamwork, organizational, and communication skills * Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures Skills: * Leadership ability * Ability to work under pressure * Results-oriented mindset * Multitasking capability Responsibilities: * Conduct regular inspections of bathroom areas to verify task compliance. * Plan and organize tasks for assignment at the start of each shift. * Supervise the operation of the assigned area. * Plan and organize all types of activities within the department. * Monitor and control KPIs for the assigned area. * Schedule agendas to support programs for each department. * Responsible for cleaning facilities in accordance with management-defined standards. * Maintain attendance, vacation, leave, and overtime records for direct reports. * Perform other job-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that contribute to achieving departmental objectives.
