Jardines de la Concepción, blvd Colosio, Aguascalientes **Job Requirements** * Minimum education required: High school diploma. * Prior customer service experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Customer orientation and problem-solving skills. **Job Responsibilities** * Manage and respond to customer inquiries and questions via phone calls and in person. * Follow up on orders and ensure customer satisfaction. * Provide accurate information about our products and services. * Record and update customer information in the system. * Cash, terminal, and point-of-sale transactions. * Cash register closing. * General store cleaning. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve established goals. * Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00am\-4:30pm; Saturdays: 8:00am\-12:30pm **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Competitive salary with bonuses. * Weekly payment. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Full-time working hours. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Pleasant and dynamic work environment. * Ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
