




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Project Designer / Auditor with a background in engineering or architecture to support documentation development, quantification, and auditing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in the development of forms and documentation 2. Perform volume quantification and budgeting 3. Audit progress reports and analyze photographic evidence Administrative Project Designer / Auditing Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field (degree or candidate status required). Age: 23 to 35 years old. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite (Excel is mandatory). Excellent organizational skills and strong verbal communication ability. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 hrs Saturdays, 9:00–13:00 hrs Main Responsibilities: Development of deliverable forms and documentation. Volume quantification and budget preparation. Auditing of daily progress reports. Interpretation and analysis of photographic evidence. Direct interaction with contractors. Attendance tracking and control. Organization and management of administrative and technical information.
