Civil Engineer or Architect – Project Generator

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in project generation, blueprint reading, and personnel management for construction sector projects. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in key tools for quantity takeoff and scheduling **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (DIPLOMA AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSE REQUIRED). **EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:** * Experience in acting as a Project Generator (REQUIRED). * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience. * Experience in hospital, government, and private-sector projects (verifiable). * Interaction with suppliers and contractors. * Leadership and personnel management. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, etc. * Knowledge of construction material quantity takeoff. * Familiarity with productivity tables for developing architectural schedules. * Proficiency in Excel. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in Opus or Neodata. Desirable knowledge of the following software: * 3DS Max. * Vray. * Revit. * Sketchup. * Archicad, BIM methodology. Workplace: On-site employment
