Civil Engineer or Architect – Project Generator

Job Summary: We are seeking an Architecture or Civil Engineering professional with experience in project generation, supplier relations, personnel leadership, and blueprint interpretation. Key Points: 1. Essential experience in project generation 2. Proficiency in key tools such as Excel, AutoCAD, and Opus/Neodata 3. Verifiable experience in hospital, government, and private-sector projects **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (DEGREE AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSE REQUIRED). **EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:** * EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT GENERATION (MANDATORY). * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience. * Experience in hospital, government, and private-sector projects (verifiable). * Supplier and contractor relations. * Leadership and personnel management. * Reading and interpretation of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, etc. * Knowledge of construction material quantification. * Familiarity with productivity tables for architectural schedule development. * Proficiency in Excel. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in Opus or Neodata. Desirable knowledge of the following software: * 3DS Max. * Vray. * Revit. * Sketchup. * Archicad, BIM methodology. Workplace: On-site employment
