Requirements: * **Bachelor's degree** in Administration, Public Health, or related fields (certified or with professional license). * Minimum **2 years of experience** as Coordinator or Supervisor in pharmacies, laboratories, or healthcare services. * Valid driver's license. * Ability to drive standard transmission vehicle. Responsibilities: * Supervise daily operations of clinics under your charge in the northern area of Aguascalientes. * Ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and quality standards. * Monitor productivity, service, and profitability indicators. * Lead and train administrative and medical staff teams. * Manage incidents, inventory, and operational reports.
