The role involves coordinating routes, supervising drivers, managing vehicles, safeguarding merchandise, and maintaining departmental performance indicators. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Coordinate delivery routes to ensure full loads and efficient deliveries. * Supervise driver departures and verify cargo integrity. * Monitor GPS tracking, detect deviations, and ensure route compliance. * Control fuel consumption, spare parts usage, and vehicle maintenance. * Ensure security of merchandise, vehicles, tools, and equipment. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet. * Maintain valid vehicle licenses, inspections, and insurance. * Resolve on-route incidents and guarantee operational continuity. * Supervise, develop, and train supervised personnel. * Ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards (5S). * Prepare reports, logs, performance indicators, and objective tracking. ***Requirements*** *Education:* High school diploma / Technical degree / Related field. *Experience:* Minimum 2 years in distribution logistics, route management, or fleet operations.
