The position requires excellent organization and communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed, customer\-ready repair quotes including labor, parts, and lead times in a timely manner. * Collaborate with technical experts to clarify scope of repairs and confirm technical details. * Communicate with procurement to verify pricing, shipping, and availability of parts. * Track open quotes and follow up with customers to drive approvals. * Maintain records of quotes, parts pricing, and repair recommendations in the company system. * Ensure all quotes comply with company policies, service standards, and industry regulations. **PROFILE:** **Qualifications:** * Requires college credits in a related field, with a degree considered a plus. * Requires 1\+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, or parts coordination in a technical service environment (preferred: cleanroom, lab equipment, HVAC, or similar industries). * Proficiency with quoting within ERP/CRM systems.
