Responsibilities: * Quotations * Request and obtain the best quotation for newly required supplies (supplier\-price\-credit), follow up, and obtain approval * Supplier negotiation * Manage supplier relationships and supervise product quality. * Create, update, and maintain the supplier catalog in the ERP system * Prepare department-specific reports and resolve issues * Send current and valid information regarding supplies and raw materials to cafeteria managers * Track delivery logistics * On-site purchasing Requirements * 1 year of prior experience in the food and beverage sector * Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree * Valid driver’s license * Standard vehicle condition * Computer proficiency * Experience using ERPs and Microsoft Office suite We Offer * Monday to Friday * Working hours from 8 am to 6 pm * Weekly salary payment * Statutory benefits * Monthly bonuses * Bereavement support The candidate must be capable of working independently, making informed decisions, and proactively solving problems.
