The Challenge We are looking for a responsible and strategic **Procurement Manager** with the expertise to lead the department, ensuring optimal availability, efficient supplier management, and negotiation of agreements that maximize company profitability and service levels. **Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the annual procurement strategy aligned with the company’s commercial and operational objectives. * Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, rebates, payment terms, and strategic agreements. * Lead business reviews with key suppliers and consolidate the supplier base. * Manage tendering processes for customers and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with KPIs (Fill Rate, Inventory turns, Inventory level, Overstock/SLOB). * Supervise demand planning, replenishment models, and purchase forecasting. * Coordinate with Operations on inventory management across branches, warehousing, and stock rotation. * Evaluate supplier performance (price, service, quality, compliance). * Disseminate and control registration of the Supplier Code of Conduct. * Support QC & QA areas in periodic audits. * Issue Quarterly Reports (Purchases from suppliers in High-Risk Countries). * Manage supplier onboarding, documentation, audits, and policy compliance. * Drive development of national and international suppliers. * Lead and develop the Procurement team. * Define priorities, assign workloads, and monitor individual KPIs. * Promote a collaborative, analytical, and results-oriented work culture. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. * Advanced English * Preferred: Postgraduate studies, diplomas, or certifications in Procurement or Supply Chain. * Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (A desirable). * 5 years of experience leading teams at managerial level and in supply chain. * Proven experience managing broad product portfolios and multiple suppliers.
