Metalistik, a 100% Mexican Hidrocalida company We are urgently seeking a Payroll Analyst **Job Description** Provide support in the administration of the company's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with the requirements of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, as well as providing support in case of customer complaints. **Required Experience** · Proficiency in Core Tools · Knowledge of ISO 9001 · Knowledge of IATF 16949 **Required Education** Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Production Processes, or related field. **Languages and Proficiency Level** Intermediate English **Mandatory:** Problem-solving course (8D, 5W2L, A3, etc.) Core Tools course (MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP) Internal Auditor ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 **Desirable:** Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) interpretation course **Job Responsibilities (Add more rows if necessary)** * Administration of the Quality System. * Control of external documents and controlled copies. * Ensure obsolete documents are not used once they have been reviewed and updated. * Follow up on tasks arising from staff meetings, new projects, quality meetings until completion. * Ensure corrective actions are carried out without delay to eliminate detected non-conformities and their causes, verify implemented actions, and report verification results to the quality manager. * Maintain audit records after non-conformities are closed and verification is completed. * Record and follow up on preventive actions. * Ensure plant documentation complies with IATF 16949 requirements. * Ensure compliance with document control and record control procedures. * Verify implementation of generated 8D actions. * Disseminate the Quality System to newly hired personnel. * Train personnel on quality topics. * Develop the Quality Management System audit program, process and product audits. * Verify compliance with internal and external audit plans. * Conduct project audits. * Validate process/product changes. * Issue quality alerts.
