Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Management, or related field (preferably recent graduate or incomplete degree). * Knowledge of the meat industry. * Proficiency in Word and Excel. * Experience in process control, quality assurance, ISO systems, BPM, HACCP, ERP, MRP, or SAP. Skills and/or qualities: * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Good spelling. * Excellent organizational skills. * Planning ability. Responsibilities: * Develop procedures. * Collect and analyze production-related data (cycle times, production rates, waste, etc.). * Prepare production and quality performance indicator reports. * Manage internal organizational documents (primarily those of the Quality Management System).
